Open Bite Etching on Knifes

Open Bite etching is the process whereby you apply an acid preperation to the
steel knife blade.
The craft was originally designed for the printing process called itaglio, dating back to the 15th century.
Open Bite is not done to hold ink, but to hold an impression on the steel.
